Intermediate Quantity Surveyors or Project Quantity Surveyors required - West London - Berkshire - Hampshire
A well established main contractor currently requires Quantity Surveyors to work on one of several recently secured schemes. The ideal individual will have experience in delivering refurb and fit-out projects with values ranging from £1m-£10m using the NEC or JCT D&B forms of contract. The projects in question are across the life sciences, healthcare, commercial office space and are located across West London, Berkshire and Hampsire. As each of these projects are at varying stages candidates with PCSA and full project life cycle experience would be preferred.

Rate / Salary: £325-£450 p/d or £55k-£70k (plus package)

Experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Delivering new build, fit-out or refurb projects with values ranging from £50-£100m
- PCSA
- Full project life-cycle
- NEC & JCT D&B forms of contract
