        Fabric Engineer - City Of London - Immediate Start - Up to £13 per hourExciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the in the heart of London. The successful candidate will have proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to work as a static Handyperson/Fabric engineer covering (M&E / Fabric) planned and reactive maintenance in the iconic building located in London.You will be working in one of London's most iconic buildings within a team of other engineers from mechanical, electrical and plumbers. The ideal candidate would come from a commercial background.The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;Basic plumbing- Washers, taps, un-blocking toiletsBasic Carpentry dutiesPainting and decoratingYou may be asked to help and get involved with other engineers dealing with the below;Lighting - Lamp changes, ballast changesEmergency light testingElectrical Fault findingSmall works - new sockets, lightsFire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)Hours of work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmRequirementsA proven track record in commercial building maintenancePositive attitudeMulti-SkilledGood communication skills Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
