Responsibilities
- Conduct daily intake checks, document issues, and escalate non-conformances.
- Perform warehouse stock audits and initiate corrective actions for quality issues.
- Log and track customer complaints, coordinate investigations, and prepare responses.
- Complete monthly product sampling, evaluate quality, and report key findings.
- Review and verify supplier documentation for on-boarding and compliance.
- Maintain accurate quality records and support audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
