About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality social work services tailored to children and young adults
- Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews to safeguarding
- Work closely with multi-agency partners to ensure coordinated support
- Maintain accurate records and comply with relevant legislation
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- 2+ years post-qualifying experience working with children and families in the UK
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
