As a Level 3 TA, you will take on a higher level of responsibility, working closely with teachers to plan activities and lead small groups. This is a long-term, full-time position, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Position: Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Wirral (Various Primary Schools)
Shift: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, Term Time)

Your Responsibilities
Leading small group interventions and specialized learning activities.
Contributing to the planning and preparation of lessons alongside the Class Teacher.
Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress, including maintaining student records.
Supporting pupils with complex needs or those requiring targeted academic support.
Supervising whole classes for short periods of time when necessary.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning culture across the school.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualification: Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare.
DBS: An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Experience: Proven experience working in a UK primary school, preferably in a Level 2 or 3 capacity.
Skills: Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to lead learning activities independently.
Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK.
Availability: Immediate start preferred.
