If so, Randstad is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Rotherham Council- This is a full-time role offering up to £33 per hour.
Here's the Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of adults with learning disabilities, undertaking assessments, and creating innovative support plans.
- Conducting statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, including assessments of need, reviews, and support planning.
- Carrying out Mental Capacity Act (MCA) assessments and making Best Interest decisions where required.
- Working collaboratively with individuals, their families, carers, and a range of multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Undertaking safeguarding enquiries and working to protect the welfare of vulnerable adults.
- Promoting independence, social inclusion, and the use of assistive technology.

Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Adults Social Work
