Qualified Social Worker- Adult MASH (Peripatetic Role)
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Locum Social Worker to join Adult Social Care in a peripatetic role, providing vital safeguarding and assessment support across services.
You'll initially join the Adults MASH team, supporting triage and safeguarding decisions, with the flexibility to be deployed to other ASC teams as priorities change.

Apply professional judgement and relevant legislation to ensure timely, proportionate responses
Work closely with partner agencies to share information and agree appropriate actionsMaintain high-quality records and contribute to service improvementEnsure person-centred, strengths-based practice in all caseworkSupport the wider ASC service as needed in a peripatetic capacityTo be considered for the role, ideally you have:
- BSc in Social Work (or equivalent)
- Social Work England registration
- Experience working in Adults Safeguarding or MASH
- Strong understanding of Care Act 2014, MCA, and other relevant legislation
- Confident in multi-agency working and managing complex caseloads
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced setting
