If so, Randstad is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Sheffield Council- This is a full-time role offering up to £30 per hour.
Here's the Role:
- Managing a defined caseload of service users, acting as their Care Coordinator.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments under the Care Act 2014 and the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
- Working within the legislative frameworks of the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA) and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA).
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing person-centred care and support plans with a clear focus on recovery.
- Creating robust risk assessments and collaborative crisis management plans.
- Working closely with service users, families, carers, psychiatrists, CPNs, and other community partners to deliver integrated care.
- Championing the rights and social inclusion of individuals experiencing mental illness.

Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Adults Social Work
