Pay Rates:

• £15.91 per hour basic rate

• Shift premiums depending on pattern

• Excellent overtime rates available

Shift Patterns (36 hrs/week):

• Early: 6:00-13:30 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-12:00 Fri

• Late: 13:30-21:00 Mon-Thurs, 12:00-18:00 Fri

• Nights: 21:00-06:00 Mon-Thurs

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished vehicles to JLR standards (WES & QPS)

• Input data into FLAGS IT system

• Record performance metrics (KPIs)

• Move vehicles between production areas

• Follow standard procedures and support process improvement

• Ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
Essential:

• Experience in production or quality environments

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Full clean UK driving licence

• Flexible and able to work independently

Desirable:

• Knowledge of FLAGS system

• Munsell-tested for colour vision

• Customer-focused and confident decision-maker
