We are seeking a high-caliber Freelance QS to lead the post-contract phase of a prime commercial development in London Bridge. With procurement 100% complete, we need a specialist to manage delivery and cost control through to completion.
The Requirements
Sector Experience: Proven track record in high-spec commercial offices.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in Piling, RC Frame, and Façade packages.
Post-Contract Mastery: Expert in valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Location: Based in London Bridge (On Site-based).
The Role
Status: Procurement finished; immediate focus on site delivery.
Scope: Commercial management of 80 units.
Duration: Long-term freelance contract.
Immediate start available for the right candidate.
