Location: Central London (Site-Based)
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a £500k-£3m commercial build/fit-out project in Central London. This is a Main Contractor role requiring a "cradle-to-grave" approach.
The Requirements
Sector: Pure Commercial Build / Fit-out experience is essential (No Residential/Infastructure).
2-Stage Specialist: Proven experience managing the "Open Book" negotiation and procurement phase of 2-stage tenders.
Main Contractor Background: You must have 5+ years of experience working directly for a Main Contractor.
End-to-End Delivery: Capable of handling tendering, procurement, contract admin, and final accounts autonomously.
Stability: A track record of seeing projects through to completion.

Value: £500k - £3m.
Stage: Immediate start required for Pre-construction/Procurement phase.
Location: High-spec project based in the heart of Central London.
Note: We are looking for candidates who have worked for no more than 1 or 2 companies/contracts in their recent history-loyalty and project completion are key.
