What we're looking for- Valid Reach FLT licence: RTITB or equivalent. In-house licences are accepted provided they are in-date with valid accreditation.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months operating an FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Mindset: You possess a safety-first approach and a strong awareness of site protocols.
- Teamwork: You are a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and the flexibility to adapt to site demands.
- Operate a Reach truck to move and store confectionery stock safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries with precision.
- Maintain high safety standards and adhere to all site protocols.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to keep operations moving smoothly.
- Support wider warehouse tasks as needed to ensure team success.
- Location: Sutton Coldfield B76 (Minworth).
- Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (5:50 am - 6:00 pm & 5:50 pm - 6:00 am). Minimum of 3 shifts per week.
- Pay Rates:
- £15.10 per hour for Day Shifts
- £17.07 per hour for Night Shifts.
- Job Type: Temporary with excellent potential to secure a permanent position based on performance.
