We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our Workplace Experience Team for a temporary contract in Brighton. This role is essential in providing a high-quality first impression for all visitors and staff within the building.
Role Overview
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour (PAYE).
Hours: 40.00 hours per week.
Shift Pattern: Weekly alternating shifts (08:30 - 17:30 and 07:30 - 16:30).
Contract Dates: 26/01/2026 - 26/02/2026.
Location: Central Brighton.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House: Provide a warm and professional welcome at the reception desk for all visitors and staff.
Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for general inquiries from colleagues and external visitors.
Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of the Workplace Experience Team to ensure seamless building operations.
Requirements
Professionalism: Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in a corporate environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work alternating weekly shift patterns as required.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle varied queries from colleagues and guests.
