Randstad Care is on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Workers to support young people in residential services across the Scottish Highlands. 🌟 What the role involves:

• Supporting children and young people in their daily routines and emotional development

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment

• Promoting independence and helping to build life skills

• Responding calmly to challenging behaviour and providing stability

• Engaging young people in outdoor activities and community experiences unique to Highland life

✅ What you'll need:

• 6+ months of experience in care, support work, or working with vulnerable children

• A trauma-informed, compassionate approach

• A valid PVG certificate (or willingness to apply)

• Driving licence preferred (due to remote locations)

• SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) is a plus
