There is high demand for those interested in assisting others to fill an ever growing number of available social housing jobs. Those chosen will work with clients that include families, children, the elderly, adults with learning or physical disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
The positions are generally offered on permanent, temporary and contract basis and most are in the public sector. Certain positions require that the applicant holds specialised qualifications and an enhanced DBS check is generally required. A valid driving license and personal vehicle is often desirable. Those with experience in social care are preferred.
Chosen applicants will be well organised, be available to work flexible schedules, and have superior communication skills.
