The role
Working with our fabulous client means being a part of a person's day to day life. This means being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. As a Residential Support Worker you will play a vital role in the establishment, maintenance and development of the environment and climate of the Home, thus providing people with a calm and relaxed group living experience conducive to emotional security and personal happiness and growth.

Will have experience within the child care sector although the company are interested to see people from other areas of the care industry or if people have worked closely with children in other settings
Hold a clean UK driving licence and ability to drive with young passengers
