About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing and personal care. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting adults (over and under 65) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. This is a day shift position, operating from 08:00 to 20:00, offering a structured yet engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing and personal care to service users.
- Support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for all residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Minimum of 6 months of UK experience in residential home services.
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service.
- Valid mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates.
- Excellent references from the past 3 years of employment/academics.
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered).
- Commitment to a minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week.
- Based in or around EGREMONT.
