We are currently recruiting Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support within a range of independent supported living services across the North East.
This is a rewarding role where you'll support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives in their own homes and local communities.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide day-to-day living support tailored to individual needs
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity
- Support individuals to access the community, appointments, and activities
- Work within supported living environments rather than residential care homes
- Follow care plans and support positive outcomes
