- Relevant Experience: You must have a minimum of 6 months UK experience within a children's residential setting.
- DBS on the update service.
- Driving License
Your Role
As an Ad Hoc Temporary Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment for children and young people.
- Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, homework, and recreational activities.
- Supporting the emotional and social development of residents.
- Engaging in activities that promote well-being and positive behavior.
- Working collaboratively with permanent staff members and other professionals.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records.
