RequirementsAt least 6 months of paid experience as a support worker in a children's setting in the UK within the last 3 years.
Provide support and care to children and young people with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs in a residential setting.
Develop and implement individual support plans.
Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living skills. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
