Rates: £15.35 (Days) | £16.88 (Waking Nights) | £63.04 (Sleep-in flat rate)
Are you a passionate and resilient Support Worker looking for your next rewarding opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals to support children with trauma, emotional and behavioural needs, and challenging behaviours within varied Residential Children's Homes across Cumbria.
Available Shifts
Days: 08:00 - 20:00
Waking Nights: 20:00 - 08:00
Days with Sleeps: 10:00 - 23:00 (plus Sleep-in), then 08:00 - 10:00 the following morning.
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Proven experience specifically working within Residential Children's Homes and supporting children with trauma.
Flexibility: Available for both day and night shifts, and willing to travel up to 1 hour to homes across the locality.
Right to Work: Full-time Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept candidates with 20-hour student visa restrictions).
Driving: Car driver is highly preferred, though not essential.
