We currently have an opportunity for a permanent Clinical nurse (RMN) role .
Head Office based in Stockport with travel to Lancashire services,
Our client provide specialist mental health services for young people aged 16 to 30 who are experiencing complex mental health needs, offering a pathway of care that bridges the gap between hospital settings and independent living.
the post holder will be responsible for assessing, developing, outlining and implementing specialist interventions to young people, both within residential provision and independence packages of care within the community. The young people within the service will have often transitioned from long term hospital admissions or secure care provisions, as well as having been placed as an alternative to a hospital.
Salary: £47,307 - £54710 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week - dependent on experience
Hybrid Working - Applicant will be responsible for two sites in Lancashire and will travel to said sites once per week as a minimum (each). Applicants must be available and prepared to be on-site during working hours as required by the organisation, with flexible homeworking around these times
