Randstad is urgently recruiting for Walsingham Support in West Cumbria (Whitehaven, Maryport, Egremont). We have immediate shifts available for candidates ready to commit to a regular working pattern.

THE PAY:
Weekdays: £13.68/hr
Weekends: £15.77/hr
Sleep-ins: £64.98 per shift
THE ROLE: Supporting adults (under and over 65) with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. Requires nursing and personal care.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (Must Have):
Experience: 6+ months in UK residential homes.
Training: PMVA/Restraint certificates + Mandatory training.
DBS: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS (on the Update Service).
Availability: Minimum 3 shifts (36.5 hours) per week.
VISA / WORK RIGHTS: Due to the 36.5-hour minimum requirement, we cannot accept Student Visas or Skilled Worker Visas. You must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship.
