        Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator?Do you have experience / interest within Drylining?Are you looking for a new challenge? I am currently working with a Drylining sub contractor who are looking to recruit a permanent Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join the business to assist in future growth plans. Company:My client work with a number of Main contractors to supply joinery services on projects in London and surrounding areas. They have a brilliant reputation which had been built over a successful 50 year period. Predominately they have been labour only but over the last few years they have decided to provide a full supply and fit service. They require a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to work on projects and grow the business. Duties of the role will include:Overseeing the commercial side of the businessPricing tender enquiriesCost management of future and live projectsPricing and managing sub-contract worksPreparing monthly valuationsPricing and managing contracts and changesNegotiating final accountsClient management and relationship buildingReporting to the DirectorRequirements:At least 5 years experience working as a QS / EstimatorPrevious experience in the drylining sector would be highly beneficial Previous sub contractor experience would be preferred A Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying Good communication skills Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
