On offer is a base salary of up around £28,000 + OTE £55,000.Duties for this role include:Meeting and greeting customers on the development as well as online if necessaryTaking customers details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiriesTaking customers on viewings Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing salesEnsuring the sales suite is presentable Managing the sales database and ensuring it is up to date.Key requirements:New homes or agent experience working on a new build development Customer service focused and sales orientatedHave access to your own transportBe immaculately presentedBe available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
