Examination ManagementBe responsible for examination entries for all public external exams to the examinations boards.Liaise with the Academic Board and SLT as appropriate with regard to the relevant examinations boards and syllabus studied to examination level, and process entries.Develop, maintain, implement and adhere to an exams policy, re-sit policy and exam risk assessment for the school.Administer the Exams budget on behalf of the budget holder, following Lister Finance Policy and Procedures to ensure all transactions have been authorised and carried out correctly.Be responsible for the daily running of public examinations including practical's and to inform the relevant staff about any arrangements that need to be made for furniture in examination rooms, room changes and staff required.Organise the timetable for internal examinations, liaising with the Deputy Headteacher including allocation of rooms and ensuring appropriate invigilation is allocated.Be available in mid-August for the publication of external examination results and the subsequent appeals process.Plan and organise Results Day, for Year 11 students returning to school for their exam results, ensuring that all resources are booked and set up and full administrative support is provided so that results are successfully issued and collected, without complication.
