      JOB TITLE: Implementation SpecialistDURATION: 6 Months (potential for extension)PAY: £45,000 p.aLOCATION: Remote This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team of Implementation Specialists, working for a world leading healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will come from a comparable industry background, with experience in software implementation projects. You will work predominantly in the EMEA region, however this role has scope to work on global projects. Main Duties: Management of commercial IT projectsTrack progress/completion - keep up to date in CRM systemManage relationships with 3rd party vendors and distributorsAct as customer's primary contact for scheduling and executing proprietary product implementationsAssist and manage customers to set up and troubleshoot issues throughout pre-installation, installation and post go-live ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: Software implementation experienceProject management qualification and experience is preferredExcellent working knowledge of excel (pivot tables)An understanding of basic Linux commands would be a distinct advantage.An understanding of basic cellular communication technologies would be distinct advantageKnowledge and experience with project management software (MS project, Gannt project). Preferred Industry Experience: Experience and a working knowledge of connecting instrumentation to laboratory systems including HL7, POCT1A protocols would be an advantage.Experienced & knowledgeable with medical invitro-diagnostic (IVD) testing and technologies would be an advantage.Experienced & knowledgeable in a variety of health organisations would be an advantage.
