- Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, provided they are willing to travel to placements in Shetland, Orkney, the Western Isles, or Argyll and Bute.Here is the breakdown of the two island roles:The Schedule & Pay (Both Roles)Contract: Both require a minimum commitment of 3 months and involve working 45+ hours per week.
