Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a school based in Flintshire. This is a full-time role and previous experience in a similar role and working with children is essential.

Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for pupils throughout the day and supporting pupils welfare.
- Supporting the Attendance Officer recording pupil absences.
- Completing general administrative duties, including covering reception, answering telephone calls, photocopying, and handling enquiries.
- Supporting the organisation of school trips and events.
- Maintaining records using the school's information management systems.
- Note-taking during meetings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience working with children
- GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C or above)
- Strong knowledge of ICT
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
