Responsibilities:
- Completing general administrative duties, including covering reception, answering telephone calls, photocopying, and handling enquiries.
- Supporting the organisation of school trips and events.
- Maintaining records using the school's information management systems.
- Note-taking during meetings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- SIMS/Arbour experience
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
