Pay Rate: £14.00 to £16.00 per hour, based on your experience.

Core Duties:
- Repairs & Upkeep: Performing a variety of minor repairs, including basic plumbing, joinery, and painting.
- Security: Being a key holder, responsible for locking and unlocking the building and responding to any security issues.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping outdoor areas clean and tidy, including litter control and basic grounds work.
- Health & Safety: Conducting regular checks to ensure a safe environment for all occupants.
- General Maintenance: Taking care of day-to-day maintenance tasks and liaising with external contractors when needed.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
- Experience: Proven experience as a caretaker, maintenance professional, or in a similar hands-on role.
- Practical Skills: A good understanding of basic repairs and maintenance, including experience with hand tools.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions quickly.
- Reliability: You must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
