Randstad is hiring Cleaning Operatives for schools across the LS postcodes. This is a physically active role that keeps you moving and provides a great sense of accomplishment at the end of every shift.
The Job Role:
Rapidly responding to spills or cleaning requirements as directed by school management.
Sweeping and mopping large floor areas like sports halls and dining rooms.
Window cleaning (internal) and dusting high-level surfaces.
Moving light furniture to ensure thorough cleaning of all floor space.
Ensuring the external entryways are clear of litter and debris.
Requirements:
Candidates must have cleaning experience within the UK.
A "can-do" attitude and the energy to handle a physically demanding role.
Resilience and the ability to work under time pressure (getting the school ready before the morning bell).
Honesty and integrity, as you will be working in a secure environment with access to classrooms.
