Randstad Education is seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Officer to join us on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in supporting the HR department with a range of administrative and operational tasks.
The role is full time during school term Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

In this temporary role, you will:
... - Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications and coordinating interviews. Assist with onboarding new employees
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases and prepare reports
- Employee Relations: Provide support to employees with HR-related queries and assist with employee relations matters
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Project Support: Assist with various HR projects as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
