Randstad is currently recruiting a HR Officer who has strong Administrative experience in a busy HR team as well as a good understanding on how to pick up various HR tasks.
You will be required to work from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday-Friday, as this is a full-time position that starts soon.

Responsibilities for this position:
... - Efficient in organising, recruiting, human resources, and administration
- Should be passionate about HR and administration which supports school staff in providing an excellent whole school provision for students
- Onboarding of new staff and monitoring staff attendance
- Maintaining employee records, reporting, compliance and general HR administration
- Day to day HR support, advice and guidance for school staff
- Supporting the continual development of HR processes and communications

Requirement skills for this role:
- Experience of working as a HR Officer and/or HR Administrator
- Experience of working in a school environment (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK (ESSENTIAL)
- 2 recent professional references
- Knowledge of recruitment process and organisation
- Knowledge of working with websites and external advertising groups
- High level of IT skills and willingness to learn new systems (Google, Intermediate Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint,)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families
- Empathy and a supportive approach to addressing student and family concerns
- Proficiency in using relevant computer software and databases for attendance tracking
