We are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join our front-office team in the heart of St. Helens. If you have experience with SIMS and thrive in a busy school environment, we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a school office is essential.
- Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS.
- Managing the school's front-of-house, welcoming visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Assisting with attendance monitoring and reporting.
- General clerical duties including filing, mailing, and coordinating school communications.
