Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the school's reception, providing a welcoming and efficient service to all visitors.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records in a confidential manner.
- Assist with attendance management and communication with parents regarding absences.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to teachers and the senior leadership team.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing school supplies.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. Experience within a school is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
