Requirements:
- SIMS Knowledge OR previous UK School Office experience.
- Confident handling school reception and busy phone lines.
- Experience with pupil records and attendance.
Key Duties:
- Daily attendance tracking, updating pupil records, and managing the census.
- Being the friendly face and voice of the school for parents and visitors.
- Handling school emails, filing, and supporting the school's leadership team.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Assisting daily tasks and communications.
