Science Teachers Wanted: North Wales!
Schools in Wrexham, Flintshire, and Denbighshire need Science Teachers right now. If you have your QTS or QTLS, we have work for you.
We have roles starting straight away or in April (the Summer term). You can choose to do day-to-day cover if you want flexibility, or a long-term job if you want a regular school.
What We Look For:
- QTS / QTLS.
- Confidence teaching KS3 and KS4 (specialism in any discipline is a plus).
- A valid DBS on the update service and the right to work in the UK.
Key Duties:
- Deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based Science lessons.
- Prepare Year 11 students for their GCSE Science assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide helpful feedback.
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Set up and supervise practical experiments following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the science technician and department to optimise resources.
- Follow all school-wide safeguarding and child protection protocols.
