Are you a Science Teacher who believes in hands-on, inclusive learning? Randstad Education is working with an alternative provision school in Liverpool that supports students year 9-11 with Autism, SEMH, and cognitive learning differences.
You'll deliver practical science education tailored to diverse needs, with a focus on building confidence, communication, and curiosity in learners who may have disengaged from mainstream settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver science lessons using differentiated resources
Adapt KS3 and KS4 curriculum to functional and sensory approaches
Use project-based learning, outdoor experiments, and visuals
Track progress toward EHCP outcomes
Essential:
UK QTS (Science specialism)
SEN or AP teaching experience
Enhanced DBS
Patience, resilience, and creativity
