As a teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining high academic standards and ensuring that every student remains engaged and inspired.

Your Responsibilities

• Engaging Delivery: Plan (for long-term) or deliver (for supply) high-impact lessons across KS3 and KS4 that challenge students and foster a love for your subject.
• Classroom Authority: Command the room with a confident and professional presence, implementing school-specific behaviour policies to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Adaptive Support: Differentiate your teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners, including high-attainers in grammar settings and students requiring additional scaffolding.
• Professional Collaboration: Work alongside established departments to share resources and provide detailed feedback on student progress and engagement.
• Exam Focus: Support Year 11 cohorts through critical revision periods, utilising your subject expertise to boost confidence and attainment levels.
