Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and achievement.
- Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, including parent'sevenings and extracurricular activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A relevant degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary school level.
- Excellent classroom management and a passion for working with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
