Randstad Education is recruiting qualified and experienced Science Supply Teachers for day-to-day and general cover bookings across secondary schools in Plymouth starting this September. Enjoy maximum classroom flexibility without the burden of lesson planning, marking, or after-school meetings-teach pre-set lessons and leave at 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
- Provide adaptable general cover across other secondary subjects as required by schools.
- Maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment in line with school policies.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils throughout the school day.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or relevant UK secondary teaching experience. (ECTs/NQTs are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of the UK Secondary National Curriculum.
- Safeguarding: Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Randstad).
- Location: Based in or easily able to commute to secondary schools in Plymouth.
