Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for building high-performing sales teams? Do you thrive on being a "change agent" and want to be a critical part of a company's transformation?
Our client provides global network solutions for enterprises and is in the midst of an exciting evolution. We're looking for an SDR Manager to help them build a world-class outbound sales culture from the ground up.
This isn't your typical SDR Manager role. For the first time in over a decade, our client is making a significant investment in outbound sales, and you'll be at the heart of this. You'll lead their brand-new SDR team, coach them on best practices, and play a crucial role in shaping the sales story and market presence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor and manage the SDR team, helping them navigate challenges, stay motivated, and hit their targets.
- Drive Outbound Strategy: Be a strategic partner in building our outbound motion. You'll help them develop new campaigns and processes to attract key B2B customers.
- Empower Your Team: You'll ensure your team has the right tools for success. You'll be working with a good tech stack and have the opportunity to recommend and implement other tools as they grow.
- Embrace the Culture: Help them evolve from a traditional "big company" mindset to a more dynamic, customer-focused organisation. Your insights and leadership will be key to this transformation.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience within a SDR and SDR Leadership role: You have a solid background as a proven SDR before moving into leadership.
- Enterprise Experience: You understand the nuances of selling to large companies.
- Resilience and Leadership: You're a natural coach who knows how to keep an SDR team motivated and focused, even in the face of rejection.
- Tech Savvy: While technicalities can be taught, a background in a tech, SaaS or telecom company is a definite plus.
- Adaptable and Ready for a Challenge: You're excited by the idea of being a change agent in a company that's ready to transform.
If you're ready to make a significant impact and grow your career with a company that's large enough to be a market player but small enough to offer a boutique approach, we want to hear from you. The team is based in the Chiswick, UK office, and while we embrace flexible work, we believe in the power of in-person coaching and collaboration, especially in the early stages of this exciting new team.
