• Lead the Room:Oversee classes across Key Stage 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Guide Learning:Deliver pre-set work, answer pupil questions, and ensure students stay focused on their tasks.
• Set the Vibe:Maintain positive classroom behavior using clear boundaries, encouragement, and calm authority.
• End-of-Day Transition:Hand back completed work and submit brief, essential attendance notes before clocking out.

• Presence:Ability to command a room with enthusiasm and professional maturity.

• Reliability:Standard availability during school hours (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
• Vetting:Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
