- Weekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £140 - £233, paid every Friday via Randstad.
As a Secondary Geography Teacher, you are responsible for developing students' geographical skills and their ability to interpret the world through a spatial lens.
- Expert Lesson Delivery: Facilitate engaging analysis of contemporary case studies, encouraging students to think critically about sustainability, interdependence, and environmental impact.
- GCSE & A-Level Focus: Support examination cohorts with targeted preparation, focusing on map skills, data interpretation, and high-level evaluation in 9-mark questions.
- Classroom Authority: Maintain a vibrant and respectful environment where students feel confident to debate global issues and share their own perspectives on local and global change.
- Adaptive Support: Differentiate resources on the fly to support students with SEND or EAL, ensuring that complex geographical processes are accessible to all learners.
We are looking for articulate and passionate specialists who can bring the outside world into the classroom. You are an ideal fit if you:
- Hold QTS: You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification (ECTs are highly encouraged to apply).
