Temporary Secondary Teacher | Key Stage 3 & 4

We are currently partnering with various secondary schools across Crawley to identify outstanding teachers for the 2026/27 academic year. We have long-term and permanent opportunities across a range of subjects, and we are seeking professionals who bring enthusiasm, subject expertise, and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Cultivate a positive learning environment that maintains high expectations for all students.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies and build strong, reflective relationships with students.
- Contribute to the vibrant school community and support the academic and personal growth of your pupils.
- Maintain professional standards in line with national educational guidelines.
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, or working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching.
- A professional, reflective approach to pedagogy and student development.
- Full-time availability starting from September 2026.
- An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or a willingness to undergo the necessary background checks.
- Long-term and permanent placements within diverse, well-resourced secondary schools.
