- Behaviour Management: Implement the school's behaviour policy with consistency, fostering an orderly and positive atmosphere.
- Support Learning: Provide guidance on pre-set work and assist students with accessing learning materials.
- Administrative Duties: Accurately register student attendance and provide detailed feedback to returning teachers regarding progress and classroom incidents.
- School Ethos: Act as a professional role model, upholding the institution's values and high expectations.
- Proven experience working with groups of young people, whether in youth work, coaching, or school settings.
- Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to manage a secondary classroom.
