The Role
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring the curriculum continues to be delivered with enthusiasm.
Uphold the academy's high expectations for behaviour, using our consistent, school-wide routines.
Engage students in their learning, providing support and ensuring a safe, scholarly atmosphere in every classroom.
Provide brief, helpful handover notes for the returning staff member to ensure continuity of learning.
What We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
A "determined and thoughtful" approach-someone who can build rapport quickly while maintaining professional boundaries.
