About the Role:
An incredible opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Leeds. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding chance to support the educational and personal development of young learners. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of the classroom team, working closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. You will provide one-on-one and small-group support, assist with lesson preparation, and help manage classroom behaviour.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness to apply for one)

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support to students.
- Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and displays.
- Helping to manage and supervise the class during lessons and break times.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teacher.
- Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and resolve conflicts.
- Accompanying the class on school trips and outings.
- Communicating effectively with the teacher and other school staff.
