We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Qualified Teacher to join a specialist SEMH School based in King's Lynn. This school provides a safe and supportive setting for children and young people who face significant barriers to learning due to social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Many of the pupils have experienced disrupted education, and this school is committed to helping them re-engage, succeed, and feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Support students in developing emotional regulation, confidence, and life skills
Foster a positive, trauma-informed classroom culture
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral staff
Contribute to behaviour support plans, EHCPs, and ongoing pupil progress reviews

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Primary or Secondary considered
Experience working with SEMH or behaviourally challenged pupils (desirable)
A calm, consistent, and compassionate approach to teaching and behaviour management
Flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to adapt to pupils' changing needs
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people to achieve their potential
